2025 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Robotics and Automatic Control (IRAC 2025) was successfully held from November 28 to 30, 2025, at the Xiangquan Sunshine Hotel in Jishou City. The conference was hosted by Jishou University, organized by its School of Computer Science and Engineering, and supported by South China University of Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, Shaanxi University of Technology, and the IEEE CIS Guangzhou Chapter.

Amidst the profound transformations currently underway in the global technology industry, intelligent robotics—serving as a core carrier of the deep integration between next-generation information technology and advanced manufacturing—is driving automation control technologies toward greater intelligence and autonomy at an accelerated pace. Against this backdrop, the conference aimed to establish a high-level international platform for academic exchange, bringing together顶尖 minds to explore the core challenges and future trends within the field. This initiative holds significant strategic importance for fostering original innovation and promoting industry-university-research collaboration in China's high-end equipment manufacturing and artificial intelligence sectors.

 The conference opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Liao Bolin, Dean of the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Jishou University. Vice President Luo Huijin of Jishou University delivered the welcoming address on behalf of the host. He extended a warm welcome to the experts and scholars who had traveled from afar and emphasized Jishou University's commitment to serving local economic development and its vision for advancing cutting-edge technological research.

The afternoon session was chaired by Professor Zhang Yanliang, Vice Dean of the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Jishou University. Several young scholars and graduate students presented their innovative research findings. The conference invited scholars from various universities and institutions, including Sun Yat-sen University, Northeastern University, Lanzhou University, South China University of Technology, Sichuan University, Liaoning Technical University, Bohai University, and Wuhan University of Technology, to deliver oral presentations. The atmosphere for on-site discussion was vibrant and engaging.


Additionally, a dedicated poster session provided a platform for more in-depth and personalized exchanges among scholars, fully showcasing the breadth and vitality of research in this field.

 The conference also featured an awards ceremony. Following a rigorous review by the organizing committee, three outstanding papers were selected. The audience responded with thunderous applause, congratulating the authors on their remarkable achievements.
